LAKE BERRYESSA >> The Lake County Fishing Club sent five teams to a recent BASS Nation Series tournament at Lake Berryessa and the duo of Austin Oranje and William Plubell of Lower Lake High School came in second with a five-fish total of 12.34 pounds.
Another Lake County team consisting of Jose Carrillo and Thomas Humphrey of Lower Lake High School finished fourth with 4.42 pounds. The Kelseyville High team of Nathan Phillips and Jason Gentle was sixth with 3.84 pounds.
Yet another Lake County team featuring Devin Cole and Rafael Perez weighed in 3.20 pounds.
Fifteen teams took part in the tournament, which was the second in a series.
