Carol Hays won a new used set of wheels at the Annual Lake County Boy Scout Carnival. Presenting the first place award is Guy Strohmeier (right) of Guy Strohmeier’s Auto Center and Jeff Harpe, General Manager (left). This is Strohmeier’s 17th year of donating a used car (or equivalent) as the first of 20 prizes awarded at the carnival.
