Russ Graves (left) of El Dorado Hills and Shane Peirson of Roseville brought a five-fish limit to the weigh scale both days while capturing the title and $5,000 first prize in the 30th annual Clear Lake Team Bass Tournament held Saturday and Sunday on Clear Lake. Graves and Peirson finished with 64.78 pounds, one of seven teams in the field to weigh in more than 50 pounds. A total of 116 teams took part, slightly down from last year’s 134.
