LAKEPORT >> Jacie Casteel, Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager for Sterling Mortgage, Lakeport, a branch Division of American Pacific Mortgage, has earned highly prized membership in the parent company’s President’s Club.
Casteel’s membership was awarded for excellence of achievement in 2016, putting her in the top 10 percent of loan production within 170 branches over 19 states. Her prestigious award places her in the company of 79 American Pacific President’s Club achievers, nationwide.
“I really do have a passion for putting folks in homes,” Casteel said. “I truly believe it makes people so proud of their accomplishment and I’m very proud to serve the homebuyers of Lake County and all over California. The stability and pride of ownership says volumes. It is also my way of giving back to my community.”
She has been originating loans for 15 years. She said the joy of seeing first time buyers eyes light up when they get their keys or seeing the relief of refinancing someone into a stable affordable loan, never gets old.
Casteel attributes her success largely to her personal incentives, philosophy and determination — to help individuals achieve their dream of homeownership, to provide security for her employees and to her very personal commitment to offer the residents of Lake County a full service mortgage company that they can come to, sit down face to face, and make their dreams of homeownership come true.
