LAKEPORT >> Do you have a unique talent you’ve always wanted to share with others? Now may be your chance.
The Lake County Theatre Company (LCTC) is putting on a fundraiser, “The Art of Magic,” on May 27 at the Soper-Reese Theatre. The event will feature Alvin Lui, award-winning illusionist from the Bay Area, but they are in search of local artists to entertain the audience during the first half of the evening.
Vaudevillian or circus-style performers are especially encouraged to participate. So, if you’re a comedian, acrobat, musician, dancer, singer, juggler or anything else-er, please try out at auditions.
Try-outs will be held at the Lake County Arts Council at 325 North Main Street in Lakeport on Monday, April 24 at 6 p.m. For more information, contact Laura Barnes at 278-9628.
