
KELSEYVILLE >> Kelseyville High School will host its annual alumni baseball game on April 29 at Lloyd Larson Field in Kelseyville.
The baseball program is asking for a $25 donation from alumni who plan on participating in the game, however, all past Kelseyville players are welcome to show up and join in the fun.
Batting practice begins at 10 a.m. so that you can work the rust off your swing. Game time is noon. There is no admission fee to the game and a concessions stand will be open.

Cheer sign-ups
UPPER LAKE >> Sign-ups for the Northshore Warriors cheerleader squad take place Wednesday and again on Friday at Upper Lake Park, 575 E. Highway 20 in Upper Lake.
Sign-up hours are 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
Students in the second through eighth grades are eligible.
M’town fundraiser
MIDDLETOWN >> The White Hot Jubilee sponsored by the Middletown Sports Boosters takes place April 22 at the Twin Pine Casino Event Center.
All proceeds benefit the sports programs at both Middletown Middle School and Middletown High School. Presale tickets are $35 and tickets at the door are $45.
There will be no-host bar with drink specials, appetizers and dinner served by Twin Pine Casino, live and silent auctions, raffle prizes, and live music provided by Roadhouse. A student-athletic team scavenger hunt features a $1,000 cash prize.

Tennis in K’ville
KELSEYVILLE >> Want to improve your tennis game and have some fun?
The Konocti Junior Tennis League meets every Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon throughout the months of April, May and June at the Gard Street tennis courts in Kelseyville
Boys and girls ages 8-18 are welcome to attend free of charge. Players should bring their own drinking water and a hat.

Boat races return
LAKE COUNTY >> The inaugural Lakeport Sprint Boat Grand Prix is set for June 2-4 just offshore from Library Park in Lakeport.
Six classes of race boats competing at speeds of up to 140 mph will be featured along with local racer events. The boats will compete on a triangular course anchored by the Fifth Street boat ramp to the north and the Third Street boat ramp to the south. Racing hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event is sanctioned by the Southern California Speedboat Club and presented by Twin Pine Casino & Hotel.
