Rebecca Lepori turned a family home into a private vacation retreat with stunning views of Lake County. The place has a 600 square foot outdoor patio and dining area, enclosed sunporch, indoor dining for 30, can room up to nine adults and rents for $400 a night. Meetings and other small gatherings can also be hosted at the home.
