* “War Room Bible Study” — Each Thursday for 6 weeks beginning May 18 @10:30am in their Hope Cafe at the church. Facilitated by Irene Fox.
* New Discovery Group on Sundays @9:30am in Hope Cafe entitled “Living Life with a purpose” based on Rick Warren’s book “What on earth am I here for?”
* LCC Preschool Summer Program — Begins June 19 and ends Aug. 25. For ages 2-6. Available Mon.-Fri. 7:30am-5:30pm. Themes: Health & Safety, camping, beach, space and much more!
Time for the Passion Play
The annual Outdoor Passion Play returns to Lake County the weekend after Mother’s Day. This is the 37th staging of the popular event.
Reenacting scenes from the Bible, the play tells the story of Jesus’ teaching, death and resurrection in a dramatic, touching, powerful and prayerful way using dozens of seasoned actors.
The Outdoor Passion Play takes place Saturday and Sunday May 20 and 21 at 4:00 p.m. The play lasts about two hours and is free of charge. Please bring your own chair.
No food, drink, pets or smoking.

Seeing Jesus through Muslim eyes
Gerald Babanezhad will be speaking d the Lakeport Seventh-day Adventist Community Church May 13 at the 11 a.m. service and at a second meeting at 2 p.m. A Fellowship Dinner will take place after the 11 a.m. service.
Topics will include What Muslims are really taught about Christians in general. What the Quran says about the virgin birth of Jesus. How Muslims are encouraged to find the “People of The Book” in the Quran.
