Clear Lake High School’s golf team won the Coastal Mountain Conference North championship this season, ending a run of nine straight titles by Willits. Sam Long led the Cardinals and the North in scoring average this season and is one of four Clear Lake players to earn All-Conference honors, joining teammates Brenden Allen, Dylan McGuire and Nolan Williams. Both Long and Allen will represent the North at the North Coast Section Championships on Monday at Rooster Run Golf Course in Petaluma.
