Dr. Peter Vang Ly (second from left) of Sacramento and other members of the Never Stop Riding cycling group make a pit stop at Middletown High School on Saturday during the 200-mile Davis Double Century bike ride. The group’s members are Hmong, a people of Southeast Asia (spelled Hmoob in the native language, pronounced ‘mong’). The logo on their uniforms incorporates a variation of the traditional Hmong snail symbol.
