As final preparations take place for the Sprint Boat Grand Prix, boat owners swarmed over their craft making final adjustments before Water Resource technician Mark Miller conducted boat inspections on Friday afternoon. About 40 boats were expected to line up inside Library Park’s parking lot to receive proper inspection, including for quagga mussels, on Friday afternoon.
