Lower Lake High football players participated in a voluntary spring workout on Monday evening at the high school. The Trojans finished tied for third in the North Central League I standings a year ago at 5-3 and are looking for bigger and better things as the 2017 season approaches. Lower Lake’s official season opener is Aug. 25 against De Anza at El Sobrante. The Trojans’ first home game is Sept. 1 against Esparto.
