She has earned the Sterling Society Corporate Award for Sales for 2016. The award honors agents who sell over 19 transactions in a year. In addition to the Corporate Award, Silva earned TOP SALES AGENT for Coldwell Banker Towne and Country Realty for 2016, as well as the highest priced Home Sold in 2016. Back in 2014, she was awarded Rookie of the Year.
