Men’s

Jim Emery fired a 43 on the back nine to capture Low Gross in the Championship Flight during the most recent Buckingham Niner Play Day. Manny Mendoza shot an even par 36 for the Low Net title. Manny also took Low Putts with a total of 14.

Roy Bruce fired a 49 for the Low Gross in the First Flight. Gene Renner continued his fine play with an overall Low Net score of 34. Roy also took the Low Putts with a total of 14.

There was one Chip In on the day — Larry Davis chipped one in on no. 10 for all the money.

Reminder — Next Play Day will be next Monday at 9:30 a.m. — July 3.

Women’s

Terri Miller took top honors with a Low Net in the 1st Flight during the most recent Buckingham Women’s Golf Club Play Day. She was followed by Judy Nelson, Tricia Mohl and Barbara Buckley, who also took the Low Putts with a total of 14.

Sydney Moore paced the 2nd Flight with a Low Net score of 36, followed by Leanne White, Margaret Whaley and Cheryle Yost. White took Low Putts with a total of 16.

Terri Miller had the lone par on the day (no. 1) as well as the lone birdie (no. 6).

Next Play Day will be Monday, July 3 — starting at 8:15 a.m.
