Locals and tourists gathered at Library Park on Tuesday with two handy items: cardboards and duct tape. Children and teens from ages 6 to 19 built their own boats out of these two materials and launched their creations on Clear Lake to participate in the 10th annual Cardboard & Duct Tape Regatta. The event was presented by the Lakeport Yacht Club and the Lake County Arts Council.
