Supervising their progress were Lynne Butcher from Tallman Hotel and Vintage Station Deli’s owner, Mercedes Marroquin. The quilt painting was designed by members of the Upper Lake community with the assistance of Annette Higday of the Lake County Quilt Trail Committee. – Bernie Butcher
