LAKEPORT >> The Lakeport Speedway roared to life Saturday night with Jammers, Taco Bell bombers, Legends, the T&T Towing Jalopies and bandoleros all in action at the quarter-mile paved oval at the Lake County Fairgrounds.
Bombers
Lauren Snider of Kelseyville posted the win in the 15-lap bomber main event, edging out Mike Sullivan, Josh Morrison and Corey James. Sullivan won the heat race.
Jr. Jammers
Christian Sanchez of Kelseyville topped the field in the Jr. Jammers main event while Ashley Sprague of Lakeport on the 10-lap heat race.
Jammers
Dave Rogers of Ukiah took the checkered flag in the 30-lap Jammers main event, beating out Brandi Robertson, Raymond Taylor Jr., Dennis Anderson and Michael Koch. Rogers also won the four-lap trophy dash and the first heat race.
Taylor won the second heat race.
Legends
Scott Sabol of Lakeport won the 30-lap main event and 10-lap heat race in the Legends division. In the main event, he crossed the finish line in front of Jadon Fisher, James Tillman, Zack Frazer and Dylan Washburn.
Fisher won the four-lap trophy dash and the second heat race.
Jalopies
Micah Wood of Clearlake crossed the finish line first in the Jalopies main event. Valicia Bartlow came in second, Gene O’Dell finished third, Wayne Hunt was fourth and Korey Duggen came in fifth.
Duggen won both the four-lap trophy dash and 10-lap first heat race. Bartlow won the second heat race.
Bandoleros
Lane Anderson of Fort Bragg won the 15-lap main event and 10-lap heat race in the bandoleros division. Justin Sabol was the runner-up in the main event and Trey Daniels came in third.
Upcoming
Racing action shifts to the Ukiah Speedway on Saturday with the PCS Late Models joining the Limited Modifieds, Pro-4 modifieds, Taco Bell bombers and drifters on the racing card. Grandstands open at 3:30 p.m. and qualifying begins at 5 p.m.
