Kelseyville Unified School District announced that their 2017-2018 school year will begin on September 5.
Kelseyville Unified School District, founded in 1921, is the second largest of seven districts locaed in Lake County. The District serves the town of Kelseyville which includes the Big Valley area, Soda Bay, the Buckingham peninsula, the Riviera and up to the crest of Cobb Mountain.
The District offers: Community Based Education
Collaboration with the Kelseyville Businesses and community. Strong support from the community. Recently passed Measure U General Bond obligation for $24 million for facility improvements.
Technology-based Education
Emphasis on 21st century education and skills. One-on-one education is offered. Chromebook for every student is also offered in every classroom.
College and Career-based choices in Education
Industrial Arts, Music, Computer Media, Agriculture Science, Woodshop, Ag. Mechanics, Fine Arts and more. Dual emrollment for college classes are available. Adult education is also provided.
