Matt Wotherspoon works with Charles Johnson on chipping the ball early Tuesday before the start of play in the 24th annual Lake County Junior Golf Championship at Adams Springs Golf Course on Cobb Mountain. Wotherspoon, an incoming senior at Kelseyville High School, won his fifth straight overall boys championship, a tournament record. Johnson won the 10-11 boys division. He is entering the fifth grade at Kelseyville Elementary.
