U.S. Representative Mike Thompson takes a moment to practice for the Kiss My Clear Lake Bass competition, which takes place in September at the County Fair. Thompson encountered the inflatable fish at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce office during a busy visit to the county that included a conversation with City of Hope representatives, coffee and conversation with residents at the Lake County Courthouse in Lakeport and a town hall in Middletown.
