Lasar CEO Brett Stokes wields the scissors as Lasar Marketing Director Jonathan Collins and other employees of the Lampson Field-based company look on. The ribbon cutting for the aircraft parts company coincided with a fly in of Mooney Aircraft on Saturday, as well as an open house at the firm’s hanger.
