HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE >> The Greenview Restaurant announced today that they’ll begin collecting donations to help Houston recover from Hurricane Harvey, according to Food & Beverage Manager, Chef Matt Metcalf.
Chef Metcalf added that, “It’s only been two years since Lake County experienced it’s own summer of disasters. We all can remember what it’s like to evacuate and not know if your home will survive. Too many folks here lost everything. Perhaps we can give back to some of those people who helped us rebuild.”
Metcalf said that the donations will go to Houston Texan star J.J. Watt’s Harvey relief fund.
