ULHS graduate Megan Franco was recently named the 2017 Paul & Otha Alexander Memorial Scholarship recipient. The 18 year-old will receive a $500 scholarship award based on her leadership and character as well as her participation in 4-H and FFA. Franco is a member of the Upper Lake 4-H and FFA chapters. She has earned numerous awards and recognition for her academic and extracurricular activities like Academic Decathlon, Student Government, Cheerleading, Mock Trial, Academic Decathlon and more.
