There were hugs and condolences for the wife and family of Deputy Rob Rumfelt during a memorial service Saturday for the longtime Lakeport law enforcement officer and football coach. Law enforcement officers from across Northern California were in attendance, along with local and state officials, Marines and members of the Clear Lake High School football team. – Bob Minenna
