Elizabeth Christine Anderson Gambonini was born September 13, 1917, in Petaluma. She graduated from Petaluma High School, moving to Lake County in 1936. While in college in Santa Rosa she met Paul Gambonini. They married in 1939. They settled in Moved in Bachelor Valley in 1945 and had three children.
