SANTA ROSA >> The Upper Lake High School girls soccer team completed a rough week with a 5-1 league loss to Rincon Valley Christian on Friday afternoon in Santa Rosa.
Katlyn Minnis scored for the Cougars (2-4 league, 4-5 overall) with an assist from Julia Mooney.
“We played a lot more aggressively and had a lot of missed opportunities in the box,” Upper Lake coach Daniella Santana said.
Upper Lake hosts Credo in a league game Monday at 4 p.m.
