Lakeport Lions Past President Kandee Stolesen presented a check to Lakeport Fire Protection District in the amount of $1,000 to help fund the Lakeport Fire Public Educational Materials. Receiving check is Fire Chief Doug Hutchison with Administrative Assistant Linda Buckner. When visiting schools not only do the students receive information on what to do in the case of fire, they also receive, custom Fire Helmets, custom coloring books, custom foil sticker badges. They also receive a Fire Station School Kit. Lakeport Lions challenges other organizations to help support our local students by contributing to the Lakeport Fire Dept.
