LAKEPORT >> Lincoln-Leavitt Insurance was founded in 1999 by Tom Lincoln and his business partner, Leavitt Group Enterprises. Prior to that Lincoln had a lengthy career in the insurance business in Lake County beginning in 1977.
Today, the agency employs eight insurance professionals and offers a wide range of insurance products to families and businesses.
In 2016 Lincoln’s long-time friend and colleague, Jill Jensen, bought an interest in the business and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency. Lincoln and his staff provide home and auto insurance products to families, as well as life and health products.
The agency insures hundreds of local and out-of-county businesses, providing such coverage as fire, liability, business auto, workers compensation, umbrella liability, director and officer liability and group benefits. It also provides a full line of insurance products to local farmers and agribusiness owners. As an independent agency, Lincoln-Leavitt represents many of the most recognized insurance companies in the country.
