Lavender Blue hosts their second open house November 3,4,5 and 10,11,12. The open house spans both weekends with wine and cheese receptions each Friday and Saturday 4-8 p.m. Check out the garden, get a jump on some holiday shopping, or simply just to say hello. This year the shop will feature new mouth blown glass heart ornaments, a broadened selection of air plants and other plants, updated fall-winter colors in their Halo and Swan designer scarf line, their ever popular plant-rooter hanging water gardens and the list goes on. The special hours for the open house dates are 10-8 on Friday and Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday. The store is located at 9505B Main Street, Upper Lake. – Contributed photo
