On Thursday, December 21 at 12:30 p.m., Highlands Senior Service Center will raffle off this hand-crafted miniature house. The piece is a four-story Victorian replica, with a colorful paint-job and hand-made details, including furniture. Raffle tickets are still available at the center, 3245 Bowers Ave. in Clearlake.
