The Lake County Adult Literacy Program will host ‘Storytime,’ where volunteer tutors read and tell stories to help children develop a love of reading. Family and children of all ages can join in on January 4 at 2 p.m. at Upper Lake Library, 310 Second St. – Sue Perry
