A surprise rainfall on Sunday morning gave parts of Lake County the first measurable precipitation of the month — 0.09 of an inch in Lakeport, according to the National Weather Service (although Accuweather’s gauge failed to register any trace of moisture). Accuweather’s forecast calls for sprinkles on Thursday and again on Monday, with each system expected to bring just a fraction of an inch.
