- Lower Lake High School senior Raul Gomez won Male Student of the Year. Gomez received high praise for this commitment to serve his community, extracurricular activities, and completion of rigorous coursework. Besides playing for his school’s team, Gomez coaches the Konocti Basketball League and has accumulated 275 community service hours. He is in the process of applying to four-year institutions and has shown interested in becoming an entrepreneur.
- Grace Davidson, junior at Kelseyville High School student received the Female Student of the Year Award at the Stars of Lake County celebration on Saturday. Davidson, who has maintained a 3.8 GPA, is part of three varsity athletic teams, a member of the K-CORPS Search and Rescue Team, and mentor for a special education student.
