Lonny Teter Jr., 73, of Lakeport, will be paroled back to Lake County today, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said after receiving a notice from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. In 2013, Teter, armed with a handgun and knife, was arrested for allegedly robbing a Lakeport business. After pleading guilty to attempted robbery and assault with a firearm, Teter was sentenced to six years in prison and had to serve 85 percent of the sentence due to the robbery being a violent felony.
