About 200 Upper Lake High School students had the opportunity to see the consequences of driving under the influence thanks to a simulated car crash put together by the California Highway Patrol on Wednesday morning. The annual event, dubbed Every 15 Minutes, is a two-day program that challenges minors to think about drinking, driving, personal safety, and the impact decision making has on everyone.
