KELSEYVILLE >> Lakeview Home & Estates announced Kathy Wayland has joined their team. Wayland is the realtor who represented the buyers for the purchase of Konocti Harbor Resort & Spa, which closed on March, 21.
Wayland started her real estate career in Lake County in 2005 after moving from San Francisco. Prior to this, she worked at the St. Francis Yacht Club in the Bay Area as an event coordinator for several years. She held her license with Coldwell Banker in Lakeport for 12 years and broke a county record by closing escrow on almost $5 million in sales in July 2007.
