CLOVERDALE >> Kelseyville High School’s second doubles team of Hanna Scully and Faith Buckmaster-Keen scored a 6-3, 6-2 win during a 4-1 Coastal Mountain Conference tennis loss to the Cloverdale Eagles on Friday in Cloverdale.
The Knights (0-3) lost in straight sets in the other four matches.
Josh Bridges fell 6-4, 6-4 to Everett Conway in first singles while Bodhi Baird lost by the same score to Derick Rilea in second singles. Garrett Grossner fell 6-1, 6-0 to Javier Hernandez in third singles.
Besides Scully’s and Buckmaster-Keen’s straight-set win in second doubles, Kelseyville’s first doubles team of Anthony Vesly and Connor Molloy dropped a 7-5, 7-3 decision in first doubles.
