LAKEPORT >> The Lake County Chamber is pleased to present an Employment Law presentation by Jan Gabrielson Tansil of Spaulding, McCullough & Tansil LLP in Santa Rosa.
The workshop is Tuesday, April 24 in the Lakeport City Council Chambers at 225 Park Street, Lakeport from 9- 11 a.m. The cost is $25 for Chamber members, $35 for non-Chamber members. Reservations may be made by contacting Deanna at 263-5092.
Jan Gabrielson Tansil, a partner with Spaulding McCullough & Tansil LLP, has been practicing since 1986 and has extensive experience in employment law, labor law, and business transactions. Ms. Tansil provides preventative and remedial counsel on all aspects of employment law; stressing proactive measures that help employers comply with ever-changing federal, state and local laws, and thereby avoid unnecessary risk and expense.
She also represents employers in traditional labor law matters including representation campaigns, NLRB actions, contract negotiations, and arbitration of grievances. Her practice includes work in the related areas of unfair competition and trade secrets, along with employment issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
