The guest speaker will be Chris Stewart, known as the worlds #1 Door to Door HOPE salesman. Stewart is a recovering heroin addict from Hollywood. He travels the world teaching preventative education, tools for sustainable sobriety, and proven methods to achieve one’s dreams, better relationships, and overcome fears one day at a time.
Lunch to be catered by Fresh N Bangin’ featuring a grilled chicken Bbreast with blue basil-lavender pesto, fresh dinner rolls with herb compound butter, mix green salad with fresh raspberries, orange supremes, raspberry-thyme vinaigrette, and chopped almonds, sautéed haricot verts tossed with rosemary-lemon aioli and a mix of red and white quinoa pilaf. The veggie entrée will be a grilled portobello mushroom and caramelized onions with blue basil-lavender pesto. Dessert, catered by the Advanced Culinary Arts Class at Woodland Community College, will include yogurt panna cotta with passionfruit gelee topped with fresh fruit, dark chocolate mousse and tiramisu.
There will be a silent auction, live auction, raffles and music by Scott Serena. Tickets are $40 per person in advance or $45 at the door.
