LAKEPORT >> Coldwell Banker Towne & Country Realty announced David Lucido has joined the company.

Lucido has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. Most recently, he managed two local title insurance companies in Lake and Mendocino counties. He is highly experienced in resolving the sometimes unexpected challenges that occasionally arise. David is well versed in the commercial real estate, land and vineyard acquisitions, and residential real estate transactions.
Lucido has been married for 30 years and has two grown children that currently live in the Bay Area, where the family lived before moving to Lake County in 2003. He is a big fan of the San Francisco Giants and loves working in the vineyard with his four dogs always by his side when he is not out assisting his clients.
