LAKE COUNTY >> The Lake County Correctional Officers Association (LCCOA) has endorsed Shanda Harry, candidate for Superior Court Judge, Dept. 4, LCCOA President Cody Risser announced.
LCCOA represents the 53-member dedicated and professional Correctional Sergeants, Correctional Officers, Correctional Aides and Safety Dispatchers of Lake County.
In making the announcement, Risser said, “I have always known Shanda to be straightforward and fair. With her background and strong work ethic, I am confident she will
make a great judge. Shanda has the full support of the Lake County Correctional Officers Association.”
In response, Harry said, “I am very grateful to the members of the LCCOA, for choosing to endorse me after reviewing my education, experience, and readiness for Superior Court Judge. I look forward to working with all members of the organization to continue to build a strong and respectful relationship between the judicial and correctional communities which will benefit all residents of Lake County.”
