LAKE COUNTY >> Athletes at Lower Lake and Upper Lake high schools who plan on participating in sports during the 2018-19 school year can take their mandatory physicals next month.
Lower Lake athletes can get their physicals on June 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for a cost of $25. Show up at the new gym. Physical forms will be provided. Call 349-9431 for more information.
Upper Lake athletes can get their physicals on June 19 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Upper Lake Student Center/Library. The cost is $10.
Junior Giants sign-ups
KELSEYVILLE >> Junior Giants baseball and softball is just around the corner.
Sign-ups for the non-competitive summer baseball and softball programs are open via the Internet at gojrgiants.org.
Space is limited for both the baseball and softball programs, so sign-ups on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no sign-up fee.
League play begins June 12.

KELSEYVILLE >> The Konocti Junior Tennis Program meets Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon at the Gard Street courts in Kelseyville.
