Lake County teenagers Cooper Goff (left) and Sheldon Reese won the Mossy Oak Bassmaster High School Western Open on Saturday at Clear Lake, pulling in a five-fish limit of 19.12 pounds. They won individual plaques, $500, rods and reels from Abu Garcia, and most importantly a berth in the Bassmaster High School Series Championship on Aug. 2-4 at Kentucky Lake in Paris, Tennessee. Jonathan Milburn and Niko Romero of Arizona B.A.S.s. Nation High School were second with 17-11 and also will advance to the national championships in August.
