Carter Rudolph of the LC Elite Wrestling Club in Lakeport placed second in the California USA Freestyle State Championships on June 2 at Selland Arena in Fresno. Rudolph pinned his way into the 120-pound intermediate division finals before losing. LC Elite Wrestling is currently running a youth summer session three days a week.
