Late last week, Cal Fire Local 2881 president Cliff Allen (left) presented Justin Costa (right), the firefighter injured while combating the Hardester’s Market fire in Middletown in late May, a letter from the International Association of Fire Fighters Burn Fund, which included assistance to cover the cost of travel to the UC Davis Burn Center where Costa was treated.
