Please be alerted that on Wednesday, September 19, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., Harbin Hot Springs will be evaluating the effectiveness of an emergency siren notification system. A sound truck will be driven to various locations at 18424 Harbin Springs Rd, Middletown. Middletown residents in the vicinity of Harbin may hear intermittent sounds during the four-hour testing period.
