This Sunday at Galilee, Craig Waters will be leading the service at 10 am with Carl Ingvoldstad assisting, and MaryBeth Ingvoldstad on the piano.

This week’s lesson says that when we are happy, we should sing praises joyfully.  When we are in trouble, we should pray.  When we are sick, we should pray for each other.  Elijah, after all, prayed that it would not rain, and it didn’t rain for three and half years.  Then he prayed that it would rain, and it did.  In all things that we do, whatever our circumstances, we should do it in God’s presence.  It’s a simple message, but one that is not easy to do naturally.  It takes practice.

Galilee Lutheran practices the Lord’s Day at 8860 Soda Bay Road in the Kelseyville Rivieras. We invite all to join us, whether you are strong in your faith, searching for something bigger than yourself, or if you’ve been injured by the church at some time in the past.  Come as you are, and perhaps leave a little closer to what you’d like to be.

See you here!  And pray for rain!
