The annual Lakeport Elementary Halloween Costume Parade brought out the usual ghouls, tiny monsters, pint-sized ghosts and other assorted creatures of the night Wednesday afternoon as students from grades 1 through 3 marched down Main Street, Lakeport in advance of trick or treating later in the day. Spectators were treated to a plethora of colorful costumes donned by enthusiastic youngsters who boarded buses begin leaving the school at noon and were dropped off at Natural High for the parade’s start time at 12:30 pm.
