LAKEPORT — RE/MAX GOLD announced today that Realtor Julie Richardson has joined RE/MAX Gold Lake County in Lakeport as a broker associate. Richardson has more than 12 years real estate experience as well as experience as an escrow officer and licensed title insurance agent. She also has prior experience in mortgage loan servicing, post closing document review, and as a real estate paralegal, corporate and estate planning paralegal. Richardson also provides mobile notary services.
Richardson chose to move to RE/MAX Gold for the worldwide name recognition and resources her clients desire. Richardson will make sure that her client’s interests are understood and her clients are represented to the best of her ability.
Richardson is a 7th generation California resident. Her family had a hotel in Lake County called Hough Springs until 1850. She and her husband Paul relocated from Santa Rosa to Kelseyville in 2005. They noted that they love the friendly town of Kelseyville, the ability to see the stars, sailing on beautiful Clear Lake and seeing the wildlife that can be found in our area. Richardson is a member of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, the Kelseyville Business Association and is a Lake County certified tourism ambassador. Richardson stated she looks forward to continuing to provide the superior service she is known to provide which has clients return to purchase or sell additional properties using her as their realtor.
