STOCKTON — Freshman Dena Loans Arrow won the 127-pound division on Friday as the Upper Lake High School wrestling team sent four girls to the Bear Invite in Stockton.

Senior Adriana Lopez, a two-time state medalist, came away with a second-place medal at 132 pounds after going 3-1 with one pin and two technical falls. She lost 12-6 to Niya Haines of Bear Creek in the championship match.

Freshmen Isabel Sanchez and Jessica Abby also competed for the Cougars but did not place.
